Cakes of Covington by Eva Baillie

Eva has always had a keen interest in baking having spent lots of her childhood baking with both of her highly skilled Grans. She has completed some advanced baking courses and continues to learn new skills and techniques. She enjoys baking a variety of cakes and tray bakes. Her bakes are available from the vending machine at the Milk Hut and she even makes Celebration cakes to order!
